A hairless birthmark doesn’t automatically mean extensions are off the table. For my client, I planned the braid foundation around the area and anchored it where she has hair. Every scalp is different, so the foundation should be planned with the client in mind.    She was worried I might feel some type of way because she didn’t want her hair styled but I didn’t. My clients get the look they want over here. We added a few layers, blended the roots, and left her hair natural and unstyled.
