this would honestly be really helpful on geriatric psyc units, a lot of times when pateints refuse oral medications we have to go the injection route which is not really anyone's favorite.

if it’s solid, chuck your head back and drink water and try not to think about it. however if it’s a capsule that has air in it tilt your head forward as the pill will float in water to the back of your throat and go down easy. TRUST

I need this lowkey. I have so much trouble swallowing pills and I think it’s just because of the fact I use to try and od. I’m guessing my body thinks it has to fight, I literally burped up my adhd med yesterday 😭 and I gag every time I try to take anything that’s a pill. It sucks so much but I feel like this would help a ton :’)
