In a pan, sauté the tomatoes, half an onion, garlic cloves, dried árbol peppers, and guajillo peppers. 2. Add 2 cups of water and bring everything to a boil. Turn off the heat and let it cool. 3. Transfer everything to a blender. Add one can of chipotle peppers, shrimp bouillon, oregano, and salt. Blend until smooth, then strain the sauce. 4. Pour the sauce into a large pot. Add more water depending on how much broth you like. 5. Add the corn pieces and bring the broth to a boil. Let it simmer for 30 minutes. 6. Add the chopped cabbage and cook for another 15 minutes. 7. Add the cilantro, carrots, squash, and potatoes. Cook for another 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. 8. Turn off the heat, add the peeled and deveined shrimp, and mix well. Let the shrimp cook in the hot broth for about 15 minutes, until fully cooked and opaque. 9. Serve hot and top with chopped red onion, fresh cilantro, avocado, and plenty of lime juice. 9. Serví bien calientito y acompañé con cebolla morada picada, cilantro fresco, aguacate y bastante limón.#mexicanfood #recipes #EasyRecipe #caldodecamaron #soup
