u cook your sausage then when it's about done u turn heat down to help let greese sweat out. then add 1/4 cup flour. then cook for min or two on medium high heat then add 3 cups of whole milk and don't stop whisking til it's done

I could teach you both sooo good with the gravy ! I’m an expert , but it’s sooo easy! Just watch Brenda Gant . Ps: you should not need about half that sausage for a hole lot of gravy.
