Yess 😂 I can’t do internals they make my cramps 1000% worse. I also switched to adult disposable underwear too b/c I bleed heavy. No sticky and better coverage. And comfier!

As someone who was a pad girlie up until my mid 20s when I finally switched to tampons. I will NEVER switch back to pads. Tampons are just so much better. ☺️

I used to HATE pads but after searching around and finding one that works for me I'd never look back and my mentality around my period is so much better. to each their own always💖
