If I could give 2frogs less that 1 star I would, waited months for a beanie, paid a very high premium for shipment and then due to the fact that they didn’t prepare the shipping/ customs docs correctly I had to pay even more on top to collect off postman (all came to well more than cost of hat!). Customer care was rubbish and rude. Don’t seem to be a serious company will not buy from again and advise anyone else not to either.

Some people just messing up orders or smth I got a beanie and Bala in Australia and it’s comfy good material shipping takes a while but no more than 4 weeks
