70ml Elmea (or normal single cream) 3-4 tbsp hot water To Serve 100g frozen fries 2 flatbreads (I used Deli Kitchen) ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
100ml distilled vinegar  100ml hot water  70g shredded lettuce  💞Add the chicken to a bowl with all of the ingredients. Mix well until evenly coated and leave to marinate while you prepare the rest. 💞Add the sliced red onion to a bowl or jar and pour over the vinegar and hot water. Set aside to pickle.  💞Cook the fries according to the packet instructions. 💞Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. 💞Cook the chicken skewers in the air fryer at 200°C for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked through. Alternatively, in the oven at 200°C for 15-18 minutes, turning halfway. 💞Heat a small pan over medium and add the garlic and ginger. Saute for 30 seconds then add the tikka curry paste and tomato purée. Cook for 1-2 minutes then stir in the cream and hot water until smooth and slightly loosened. Simmer gently for a couple of minutes until warmed through. 💞Warm the flatbreads according to packet instructions.  💞Layer the flatbreads with shredded lettuce, pickled onions and the chicken tikka skewers. Spoon over the creamy tikka masala sauce and finish with fresh coriander before serving.
