IMO is this epa garbage spec of 5w20 in the states. Oil is just too thin. I use global spec 5w30 in any vvt seems to alleviate this issue most of the time

It’s a fault with the oil filter and quality of it if I had to guess causing the issue with some phasers lasting way less vs others. I’ve seen low grade filters cause weird problems.

Some of the strongest friendships I have today were built during the hardest periods of my life. Not sitting around having fun. Not going out to eat. Something that requires you to show up for each other when things get difficult. That’s where trust is built. Not by constantly saying, “I’ve got you.” But proving it enough times that it never needs to be said. This is a huge part of what we’re trying to build with BuildU. Not just a place for Muslim men to consume more information, but a brotherhood of good men who are actually trying to build something together and become better together.
